Is there really a free tier?
Yes. 1 vault, 3 agents, $500/month volume. Free forever. We want developers to build with BotBank before committing. No credit card required to start.
What counts as a "transaction"?
Each payment your agent makes via acct.pay() is one transaction. Balance checks, history queries, and account management calls are free and unlimited.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at end of billing cycle. Pro comes with a 14-day free trial.
What about the gas fees?
Base L2 gas fees are extremely low — typically under $0.001 per transaction. We include gas in the transaction fee for Starter and Pro plans. Enterprise can choose to pay gas separately for full transparency.
Do I pay fees on deposits/withdrawals?
USDC deposits and withdrawals are free (you only pay the blockchain gas). Credit card deposits have a 1.5% processing fee from our payment provider (MoonPay).
